When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 1-2 weeks from the date you place your order, unless a specific listing states otherwise (ie. Preorders, out of stock, etc.). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Please allow for the 14 business day turnaround time to pass before contacting me regarding order status.
The item I purchased says Preorder, what does this mean?
When you order an item that has PREORDER in the title and description, it means this item will ship within 3-4 WEEKS of your order date.

Can I return or exchange my items?
Unfortunately, I don't accept returns or exchanges. This is due to the fact that many of the items in my shop are made to order - meaning I make each item specifically for you. However, if you have any issues with your order please send an email to marleneandrae@gmail.com
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
As much as I take great precaution to prevent damage during the shipping process, these things do happen from time to time. Please send an email to marleneandrae@gmail.com and I'll get that sorted out for you.
I think my order may be lost.
If you have checked your tracking and it has not updated in a significant amount of time, please contact USPS. I unfortunately have no control over the package and its status once it leaves my hands.
I accidentally entered the wrong address
If for any reason you enter an incorrect shipping address, please contact me ASAP at marleneandrae@gmail.com so that I can change the address before your order is shipped.
